Modena (Italy) and Portland (USA), March 11, 2020 – Codify Partners acted as the financial advisor to Huddle Room Technology (HRT) on its acquisition by Biamp Systems.

Biamp Systems, a global leader in professional audio and video solutions based in Beaverton, Oregon, has acquired Modena, Italy-based Huddle Room Technology (HRT), a leader in wireless USB technology. The acquisition adds HRT's innovative family of Huddle Hub wireless USB and content sharing products to Biamp's extensive range of meeting room solutions. Its flagship product, the Huddle Hub, allows computers and mobile devices to connect to room peripherals wirelessly to enable a bring-your-own-device (BYOD) experience.
